What are the symptoms of dizziness? How can they be treated? Other Common Causes of Dizziness:


  • anaemia.
  • Anxiety.
  • Vitamin B12 deficiency.
  • A sudden decrease in blood pressure.
  • Increase in blood volume.
  • Low blood sugar.
  • Which may sometimes occur as a result of fever or as a side effect of a drug.

Symptoms of dizziness:

    • rotation and feeling faint.
    • A false sense of rotation.
    • Instability.
    • Loss of balance.

    Some tips on how to deal with dizziness:

    • To sit or lie down immediately when feeling dizzy and rest until it disappeared and this prevents the loss of balance, which may lead to the fall and injury.
    • Use crutches when walking if necessary.
    • Do more activities that improve balance like yoga.
    • Avoid moving or changing the situation suddenly.
    Avoid caffeine and tobacco as those ingredients may stimulate dizziness
